简介:Primary non-response to nükleos(t)id analogs is defined as a decline in HBV DNA level of less than 1 log at the third month of the treatment. This definition is arbitrary, but this much reduction in HBV DNA level is usually not a meaningful clinical response. Primary nonresponse may be due to factors related to the host, virus, or drug.
