简介：Reactivation of resolved HBV infection is increasingly recognized in patients with severe immunosuppression. In order to avoid this potentially fatal complication of immunosuppressive treatment is to ensure that all patients at risk of chronic hepatitis B virus infection are screened for the disease before commencing immunosuppressive treatment or chemotherapy.
