简介：The potency of tenofovir in being able to rapidly suppress hepatitis B in chronic hepatitis B patients is well known. However， unlike entacavir which has demonstrated a very low resistance profile even after 5 years of treatment there have been uncertainties whether or not this can be applied to tenofovir also.
