简介：Inactive carriers are those with very low level of replication due to the achievement of a control by the immune system. These carriers show low replication and absence of active necro-inflammation in the liver. Inactive carriers are those with reduced risk of disease progression and of course reduced risk of major complications， like hepatocellular carcinoma or liver failure. Those carriers should be monitored but do not require treatment.
